Registration includes:

Full conference attendance;
Accommodation at 5* hotel (Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico) for 5 nights : 23-28 May 2027*;
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee/tea/water breaks;
Tour tickets.

Registration does not include:

Travel costs, pick-ups and drop-offs at airport;
Extra's at hotel;
Travel insurances;
Childcare.

*Rooms booked by us for you are ready from:
23 May 3pm until 28 May 12pm.

If you need additional nights at the hotel (or f.e. early arrival availability) you can contact the hotel directly and make your arrangements at your own cost.

* Early Career Delegate fees only apply to double bed (shared) hotel rooms. If you prefer a single room you need to pay the Regular Delegate fee.
