Hotel
The organisation committee has secured discounted hotel rates at the venue (WICC Hotel). You can book your room via www.wicc.nl/en/online-booking. Please use the block codes mentioned below. A Standard Single room must be booked per person. If you fill in that you are coming with 2 people, the system will only show the rooms that are suitable for 2 people.
How to book your room
We have pre-reserved 132 hotel rooms at the WICC hotel for the period 14 - 18 September, so we advise you to book your hotel room in time. The block code is active until 1st July 2025, after which it will expire and you can only reserve based on availability.
