Partner sports rights will be linked to a guest WURcard (one-off payment of €5.50). In order to make this card, we need a recent photo on which your partner’s face is clearly visible.

I agree that the monthly subscription fee for MSR will be deducted from my salary. I hereby authorize the payroll administration to withhold the relevant amount from my salary on a monthly basis under the description sports facilities.

I enter into an agreement with mutual termination rights. The MSR subscription can be terminated on a monthly basis, subject to a notice period of one month, effective as of the 1st of the new month.

If the subscription is renewed within three months after termination, an administration fee of €15 will be charged. To avoid this fee, a minimum period of three months must elapse between termination and re-enrolment.

If the employment contract with Wageningen University & Research (WUR) is terminated, I am no longer entitled to use the facilities of the SCB. This does not apply to WUR retirees.
