The participation fee for early birds (register before March 1st) amounts €195,= including lunch, drinks and proceedings of the symposium, or €50,= for students. From 1 March 2026, the registration fee will be €245,= or €70,= for students.
To receive the student rate, participants must present a valid student card on the day of the symposium.

Until March 1th 2026, the cancellation fee is 35 euro's. In case of cancellation after March 1th no refund of the registration fee is possible.
