ASG Festival 2026

The ASG Festival is back! On Thursday 3 September, all ASG employees are warmly invited to join us on Wageningen Campus for an afternoon full of inspiration, knowledge sharing, creativity and connection.​

This year’s programme offers plenty of opportunities to create your own festival experience. Join one or more workshops, listen to inspiring Animal Talks, visit the Knowledge Market, meet colleagues from across ASG and enjoy the relaxed festival atmosphere behind Zodiac.

Throughout the afternoon, the festival grounds will be open for you to walk in, take a break, have a drink, grab something to eat from the food trucks and enjoy live music by Weima &vd Werf. From 17:00 onwards, the snacks will make way for dinner, and you are welcome to continue the festival with good food, drinks and conversation.

What can you expect?

The programme includes a mix of hands-on workshops, scientific content and creative activities. You can attend Animal Talks, where PhD candidates and/or colleagues present their research in short and engaging pitches, and explore the Knowledge Market, with stands on a wide range of topics, initiatives and services within ASG and WUR.

Whether you come to learn something new, meet colleagues, discover current research, share ideas or simply enjoy the festival setting, there is something for everyone.

How to take part

You can register for one or more workshops and Animal Talks through the registration form on this website. This allows you to put together your own personal programme for the afternoon.

The Knowledge Market and festival grounds are open to all participants, so you can visit them in between sessions or whenever you feel like taking a break.

We also kindly ask you to indicate in the registration form whether you plan to stay for dinner. This helps us make sure there is enough food for everyone, while avoiding unnecessary waste.
