MAGNEtic resonance research FacilitY (MAGNEFY) is a core resource whose mission is to make state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance instruments and methods available to researchers, providing a venue for them to pursue their projects and develop their experience in NMR methods.

The Plant Genetic Resources tour (13:15-14:00)

The genebank of the Centre for Genetic Resources, The Netherlands (CGN) stores thousands of old landraces, modern varieties, wild populations and other specimen of our food crops. You’ll have the opportunity to see CGNs facilities, and hear about the reasons for conserving the material and the approaches for providing access to the raw material of all our food.

Thursday 26 June: 3 Campus tours

1. The Sustainable Campus Tour is a tour of the Campus with attention to biodiversity, energy and climate. The tour includes visits to the Wet Nature Garden and the NL Landscape Garden 2120, which are in full bloom in the months from May to July.

2. The Unifarm Tour is a tour of the Unifarm greenhouses. These greenhouses house alternating setups and experiments, such as studies on different types of light, pest control, soil fertilization, and plant breeding.

3. The NPEC tour takes you through one of Unifarm's newest greenhouses. This greenhouse is equipped with technology that enables quick and easy plant analysis.
