13:20 – 13:30 | Opening Session 

The conference will kick off with a short introduction, setting the stage for the day’s themes and objectives.

 

13:30 – 14:45 | Interactive Discussion - Fishbowl Session 

Join us for an interactive Fishbowl session. This unique setup is designed to facilitate a rich exchange of ideas: a small inner circle of speakers shares their experiences and engages in dialogue, while a larger outer circle of participants listens in and can step into the discussion at key moments. The goal? To dive into the conference themes, spark ideas and inspire you for the co-creation sessions during the second part of the day.

 

The fishbowl sessions will focus on three key themes: 

• Circular Water Systems
• Urban-Rural Circularity: Circular & Healthy Food Systems
• Spatial Strategy & Planning for Circular Regions

A short break offers time for reflection and further exploration of the Project Market. 

 

15:15 - 17:00  | Co-Creation Session - Open Space

In this interactive session, you’ll have the opportunity to co-create project ideas centered around the core conference themes.

Open Space is designed to unleash creativity, allowing you to decide what specific issues to focus on. You’ll connect with others passionate about the three themes, explore shared challenges, and collaborate to develop concrete ideas and solutions. This session aims to generate spontaneous, meaningful conversations that lead to actionable outcomes—making it an ideal space for innovation and co-creation.

The Co-Creation sessions are supported by Wageningen Dialogues and Hands4Grants.

After a short wrap up of the break outs we will celebrate the collaborative spirit over drinks and informal networking.
