Over de voorstelling

Fijn dat je deze theatervoorstelling van Mindlab gaat bezoeken! De voorstelling is gebaseerd op verhalen uit de wetenschappelijke onderzoeksrealiteit. Het gaat over de dynamiek in de academische onderzoekswereld die herkenbaar is voor zowel WU als WR medewerkers: leiderschap, sociale veiligheid (wetenschappelijke) integriteit en de balans tussen onderzoek en onderwijs. Belangrijke thema's die we komende jaren met elkaar blijvend willen bespreken waarbij we met ‘oog voor elkaar’ samen een veilige en inspirerende werk- en studie omgeving creëren.

Mindlab is ontwikkeld door TheaterMakers Radio Kootwijk en is mede gebaseerd op interviews met medewerkers van de Universiteit Twente en de Universiteit Utrecht. About the theatre performance

 

Thank you for attending the Mindlab theatre performance! The performance is based on stories from the world of scientific research. It centres on the dynamics of the academic research world that are recognisable to both WU and WR employees: leadership, social safety, integrity and scientific integrity and the balance between research and education. These are major themes that we will continue to discuss with each other in the coming years so that we can work together to create a safe and inspiring work and study environment, while looking out for each other.

Mindlab was created by TheaterMakers Radio Kootwijk and is partly based on interviews with employees from the University of Twente and Utrecht University.
