Call for Posters

We invite poster submissions that align with the research lines of the Institute 4 Preventive Health (i4PH). Projects should involve collaboration between at least two of the four EWUU alliance universities and focus on themes closely related to i4PH’s mission. Submissions are welcome for projects initiated within i4PH and beyond – including other EWUU alliance initiatives or from outside the EWUU alliance.

All accepted posters will be featured in our Poster Market, providing an excellent opportunity to:

Showcase your work to a broad audience of 250+ experts and peers.

Receive feedback and engage in meaningful discussions with conference attendees.

Network with leading professionals and potential collaborators in preventive health.

Additionally, a select number of posters will be invited to present their project on stage during the event. These teams will receive €500 to support team-building activities, enhancing collaboration within their research group. In addition, we will draw two extra posters on stage to receive €300 for team-building purposes.

Notification of Acceptance: 6 November, for both the poster market and the elevator pitches

Poster Format

Posters should be formatted to A0 size, portrait and be brought to the Jaarbeurs.

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be reviewed based on:

Involvement of at least two EWUU alliance universities (TU/e, WUR, UU, UMCU).

Relevance to the i4PH themes

At least one team member is present during the conference
