Invitation letters for visa applications​​​​​

Depending on your nationality you may require special entree documents to be allowed to enter the Netherlands.

It is important that you start the visa application process well in advance, as these are lengthy processes. (months rather than weeks).

Include in your message your full name, your birth date (date, month in full, year) and the birth place + country. Please also provide your current full address, including country, and you professional affiliation, so that we can easily provide you with such a letter. Please, do not send passport copies or other privacy senstitive documents to us.
