Submission of abstracts for oral papers and posters​​​

The conference will host a number of Plenary, Divisional & Cross-Divisional Symposia for which speakers are being invited.

In addition, topical Contributed Paper and Poster Sessions will be included in the Program, for which we call for abstracts.

All presenters (Invited speakers, Contributing speakers and poster presenters), need to submit an abstract.

All presentations will be in person.

We cordially invite you to submit abstracts for either oral or poster presentations via the online submission platform. Invited speakers please also submit your abstracts!

The deadline for abstract submissions is April 15, 2026 (CEST).

How to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation ?

To submit an abstract, please first complete the online registration process, including payment. After completing the registration process, you need to ask for an author account on the abstract submission page to be able to access to the online abstract submission system. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Abstracts for which no accompanying registration and payment is received will be removed from the programme.

Please prepare and label your abstract according to the formatting instructions provided here. An example can be found via this link. At submission, please also indicate for which session/division your abstract is intended.

Please note:

  • Invited symposium speakers are also required to submit an abstract before the deadline.

  • Regarding the extent of the abstract: Invited symposium talks are normally 20-25 minutes in length, while contributed papers should fit in 12 minutes.
