30 April 2026: Last day of most hotel block reservations. So, it is wise to book your accomodation before this day.

30 April 2026: Deadline for booking excursions and 5K

31 May 2026 Deadline for Regular registration fees.

1 June 2026 Late registration fees apply

15 July 2026 Online registration will close (On spot registration not possible)
