Within walking distance of the center of Den Bosch, the Zuiderplas is located in the middle of the nature

park 'Bossche Broek'.

This is an important meadow and marsh bird area. The Zuiderplas was created by sand extraction around 1960.

The lake covers approximately 36 hectares and is up to 16 meters deep.

There is a beautiful paved walking path around the Zuiderplas, where we organize the 5K run/walk.

Here in beautiful Den Bosch at a unique location and hidden between the trees on the Pettelaarse Schans,

Restaurant Moeke could not wish for a more beautiful place to be.

The Pettelaarse Schans is a special island in the middle of the Zuiderplas. It is shaped like a star with five points.

There used to be an impressive fortress here; Sint Michiel. But now the entrenchment in Den Bosch is a place for relaxation and celebration.

On the large terrace at Restaurant Moeke, but also inside there is enough space for everyone. The atmosphere is always cozy, everyone really feels at home here. Moeke is the ideal place for our BBQ event.

Banquet at Castle Maurick

Thursday, August 6, 2026, 19:00 - 00:00h

With its impressive towers, drawbridge, stepped gables and courtyard, Maurick Castle in Vught is a real castle.

It is a wonderful location for parties and events. Maurick Castle dates back to around 1400 in its oldest form.

The entrance is still authentic: a gate with two towers. Since then castle lords and noble families have lived there.

In 1891, after a two-year restoration and renovation, the castle became what it looks like today. The castle is hidden in nature, and features a restaurant, brasserie, meeting rooms, and an orangery with beautiful garden, where we can end the conference together in style.
