Conference registration fees include:

  • Sunday Welcome Mixer

  • Lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

  • Coffee breaks from Monday to Thursday

  • BBQ on Tuesday evening

  • Banquet on Thursday evening

  • All sessions and program materials

Your Account

After registering online (e.g. via the button at the welcome page), your username and password allow you to access your account at any time in order to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.

Registration Fees for Participants

Invited speakers with agreed fee waivers and Award winners with agreed fee waivers please contact sip2026@wur.nl to obtain a special code for registration.

For Early Bird fees make sure to not only register, but also make sure your payment has been received within the time frame indicated. Similar for Regular and Late Fees.

Registration for Companions

The companion registration fee includes the Welcome Mixer, BBQ, and the Banquet. If you want to bring an accompanying person please indicate so during registration.

Companions need to register personally, so that they can indicate there own preferences and pick their own add-ons.

Add-on Fees for participants and companions

Excursions: For the Tuesday excursion, you can choose among six different options offered in a few combinations or in combination with the 5k run/walk

5K run/walk:

The 5K run/walk is on the same afternoon as the excursions and can be combined with an excursion option or be booked as stand alone. The fee for the 5K run/walk includes a T-shirt. (See also the "Excursion + 5K run/walk" page)

T-Shirts: if you like to purchase a T-shirt, please indicate the preferred T-Shirt size in the registration form:

Payment

Once you have submitted your registration, a link will appear in your account to allow you to process your payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference. This can either be via IDEAL, BankContact, Bank transfer, Credit card or Pay Pal. WUR employees can best chose the internal transfer option to reduce costs.

Please note: any transaction will appear on your statement as payment to Delft Congress Support B.V..

For those that need separate payments/invoices for congress fees and excursions, first register for the conference, without picking an excursion, and pay your invoice. In the confirmation e-mail message, you will receive a link with the name “Change your registration for SIP-IOBC 2026 here”.If you follow that link, you re-enter your registration form and can select an excursion. Below you will then see the additonal fee required. When you then press submit and pay, you can choose the way of payment for that addional fee.

Conditions of attendance

Deadlines for payments: The payments must be received within the deadlines for the Registration categories. Please take note of the deadlines for Early, Regular and Late Registration. Please be aware that on site registration/payment is not possible. (For those with registration fee waivers, just select your normal participant category and enter your special code at the end of the registration form).

Attention: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to May 31, 2026 to have your oral paper and/or poster submission included in the Conference Program.

Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail. If you cancel before June 15, 2026, you will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of 50 Euro. Insurances: All participants are responsible for arrange their own health, liability and accidence insurances.
