The registration fee covers:

- Lunches for all 4 days

- Welcome reception on Sunday, June 11th

- Dinners on Monday, June 12th and Wednesday, June 14th

- Social event on Tuesday, June 13th

- Drinks and snacks during posters sessions

- Other social events.

Cancellation policy

- Before 1 May: 50 euro

- Between 1 - 26 May: 200 euro

- After 26 May: 500 euro
