Process

The process for submitting your abstract in a few steps is as follows:

Step 1 Find your category (topic) and decide for oral or poster
Step 2 Read the submission guidelines
Step 3 Register and submit via the portal
Step 4 Review by the scientific committee
Step 5 Be invited to an oral or a poster presentation. Submissions of oral presentations not accepted will receive notification thereof and an offer to present a poster instead.
Step 6 Confirm your participation
Step 7 Present at the conference

What Information do I need to submit?

The full title of your submission
Your abstract (max 400 words). For an abstract, you should include the format: objectives or aim, approach or method, results and conclusions.
Names of all authors (Know that you need permission from all authors to submit the abstract)
Affiliations of all authors
Name and main email address of the lead presenting author
Subject category (topics) which best describes your submission
