Diversity & Inclusion Week 2022
D&I starts with I

This year, in the week of 3 October 2022, we will organise the second D&I week at Wageningen University & research.
A week with the theme: “D&I starts with I”

A theme that invites us to reflect on our behaviour. Setting an example is more important than ever. It is easier to look at others and criticise them than to look at our own contribution to D&I.
Inclusion - you hear it everywhere, but how does it affect our behaviour? Where is my influence when it comes to more diversity? What skills do we need to make the campus a more inclusive place?

Empathy, understanding and increasing knowledge are the focus again this year, because you can only make the most of your talents when you are yourself. Not just at work, but anywhere and anytime.
Everyone can make a unique contribution if there is room for others. And together, we form a single strong entity.

We are organising the D&I Week at Wageningen University & Research to celebrate, share, and learn about these topics.
A week in which all aspects of Diversity & Inclusion will be discussed.
In which we reflect, celebrate, mirror and grow.

Check out the programme for more information and be welcome!
