Workshop Diversity & Inclusion for (project)leaders

For all kinds of leaders, chairholders, projectleaders, managers, etcetera. (maximum of 100 persons). Inclusive leadership - how do you do it? Where do you start? What is D&I exactly?
This workshop includes a mindbugs test to get to know your biases. More perspectives helps teams make better decisions and be more innovative. And yet your brain prefers homogeneous and predictable teams.

DARE: Music Culture Shock

Talal Fayyad is an Arabic Oud player from Syria and Oriol Mares is a Latin-jazz clarinetist from Barcelona. Two Musicians from different cultural backgrounds are invited to meet each other and create together, finding the common artistic ground through their own diverse compositions. 
Culture Shock project is an amazing small-scale initiative that brings two musicians from different cultural and musical backgrounds together to co-create music and perform it.
The results are magical and there can be a Q&A afterwards for the audience to better grasp the process of co-creation.
